Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in a busy store environment. You will work both independently and as part of a team, helping customers find products, processing transactions, and supporting multiple departments including photo and beauty and the pharmacy when needed.

The role emphasizes caring for customers, maintaining stocked shelves, and adopting CVS services and loyalty programs to support health goals.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Remaining upright for extended periods and able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Visual acuity to view a computer terminal and read small parts/details.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, offer help locating items and assist across departments.
• Accurately perform cashier duties including cash, checks and card transactions.
• Restock shelves, update pricing, and assist with inventory as directed by store management.
• Support opening and closing store activities and assist pharmacy personnel when needed.
