Job summary

Kontoor Brands in Commerce, GA is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate I to support sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and assist with daily store operations. You will engage customers, promote the rewards program, and maintain merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age or older.
• Minimum availability of 12 hours per week, including one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience/Customer Service: uphold retail standards, engage customers, assist in fitting room, promote rewards program, learn product trends, achieve sales targets.
• Visual, Operation, and Safety: maintain merchandising, process transactions, follow policies, report injuries, participate in loss prevention.
• Essential Functions: communicate clearly, operate POS equipment, stand/move during shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, restock and arrange merchandise.
