Job summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to support sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will assist customers, maintain merchandising standards, and support day-to-day store operations.

This role emphasizes engaging customers, achieving sales targets, and promoting the rewards program while upholding store policies and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of age or older.
• Availability of at least 12 hours per week, including one weekend day.
• Ability to operate cash register and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and uphold retail standards to align with company guidelines.
• Engage customers, learn interests, and suggest products.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and promote loyalty program sign-ups.
• Maintain visual merchandising and keep the floor stocked and clean.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain POS integrity.
• Support loss prevention and follow store policies.
