Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Part Time Family Store Associate in Traverse City, MI to deliver excellent customer service, operate the POS, and keep the store clean and secure. You will handle payments, balance the drawer, and help with deposits as requested.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent) and retail experience is preferred. A flexible schedule and basic computer skills are required to support daily store operations and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the POS and operate the cash register.

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and answer phones.
• Support merchandise pricing, shelving and stock rotation.
