Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers in Phenix City, AL is seeking a Retail Associate – Processor/Runner to support store operations. The role entails sorting donations, stocking shelves, and processing items to meet production goals while delivering friendly service on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotates and merchandises donations on the sales floor using a color coded system.
• Stocks store shelves in a neat and orderly manner.
• Processes and sorts donated goods quickly and accurately.
• Identifies quality donations and ensures pricing, processing and transport to the floor.
• Meets production goals based on donation quality and quantity.
• Cross-trains to work all areas of the retail operation.
