Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a Part-Time Retail Associate to support store operations. The role spans cashier, textiles/wares production, donation door attendant, eCommerce, e-Books, and rack/cart duties at the Indianapolis location.

You will assist management in achieving store goals, ensure accurate cash handling, maintain floor presentation, and uphold Goodwill’s customer service standards. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders, balances drawer, and follows cash handling procedures.
• Assist in various roles: Cashier, Textiles/Wares Producer, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce Producer, e-Books Producer, Rack/Cart Runner.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and backroom spaces; load/unload trucks when needed.
• Develops methods to identify value and secure items for ClickGoodwill and educates team on eCommerce high-ticket items.
• Pack, ship, and track totes for ClickGoodwill; manage inventory displays and top sellers.
• Run textile rack/wares cart every 15 minutes and update production tracking sheets.
