Job summary

Michaels Stores is hiring for a store team member in Bel Air, MD. You will assist customers, guide them to products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You’ll help with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining clean, in-stock shelves across the store.

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred. Availability for nights, weekends and early mornings is expected. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions, including merchandise returns and go backs.
