Job summary

Michaels Temple, TX store is hiring. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist customers, and ensure a fast checkout. You’ll help with unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store while promoting rewards and card programs.

The role requires standing and moving throughout the store, flexibility for nights/weekends, and adherence to SOPs. Training in Custom Framing may occur as part of cross-training.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes: Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain stock, handle returns, and ensure in-stock store conditions.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
