Qualifications

• High school or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience.
• 6 months of related experience or training is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior cashiering experience is a plus. Knowledge of electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations: greet donors, accept and unload donated materials, enter customer general information into a smart device, and thank donors.
• Processing: sort, separate, and hang clothing and household items; sort, test, clean, and mark small appliances and other merchandise.
• Cashiering: conduct sales transactions and manage cash/credit card procedures with standard controls.
• Cleaning duties: keep bathrooms, floors, shelves, and fixtures clean; report maintenance needs.
• Customer service activities: assist customers, price merchandise, and explain store operations.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
