Job summary

Dollar Tree in Hendersonville, NC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service, and team development. You will support the Store Manager in daily tasks, supervise associates, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions and concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise between stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain store displays and promotional fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and records such as payroll and scheduling.
• Support loss prevention and cash handling.
• Supervise and develop store associates.
• Ensure safe, clean, and presentable store environment.
