Qualifications

• Retail store management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and maintain store displays and promotional fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, and keeping records (payroll, scheduling, cash deposits).
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to standards.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Follow policies and safety guidelines and train Store Associates as needed.
• Create a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
