Qualifications

• Lift, carry and move items up to 50+ lbs regularly.
• Previous warehouse, retail, or donation center experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible part‑time schedule including weekends.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.

• Assist donors with unloading donations courteously and efficiently.
• Organize and stock the sales floor, ensuring items are clean and priced.
• Operate warehouse equipment and move heavy items safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and intake area.
• Support customers on the sales floor and help locate items.
• Evaluate items for quality and determine acceptance per guidelines.

• Receive, sort, and process donated goods including furniture, appliances, building materials, and home décor
• Assist donors with unloading donations in a courteous and efficient manner
• Organize and stock the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is clean, priced, and attractively displayed
• Operate warehouse equipment and assist with moving heavy or oversized items safely
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and donation intake area
• Support customers on the sales floor with locating items and loading purchases
• Evaluate donated items for quality and determine acceptance per ReStore guidelines

Requirements:
