Job summary

Greenfield Public Schools seeks a Restorative Practices (RP) Coordinator to lead RP implementation at Federal Street Elementary and plan district-wide rollout for 2026-27. The role emphasizes relationship-building, repair, and inclusive practice to foster belonging and shared accountability.

Reports to the Assistant Superintendent and principal. Part-time hours with up to 10–20 hours weekly depending on the budget tier; hourly rate negotiable up to $27.50 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Deep belief in the power of relationships, dignity, and repair in education.
• Experience in education, counseling, social work, or community engagement.
• Skill in facilitating circles, coaching adults, and responding to harm with care.
• Strong communication, relational, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead RP implementation at the site and align with pilot goals.
• Co-lead RP Core Team with the principal and include staff, caregivers, and students.
• Facilitate professional development on RP foundations and circle practice.
• Track participation, data, and reflections for reporting and improvement.
