Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification required.
• Restorative Nursing Assistant training or experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or required per policy.
• Ability to follow care plans and document services accurately.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative nursing services according to each resident’s care plan and procedures.
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises, ambulation, transfers, and mobility.
• Support activities of daily living while encouraging independence.
• Follow infection-prevention, safety, and resident-rights procedures.
• Document restorative services, progress, and responses accurately.
• Communicate with nurses, therapists, CNAs, residents, and families.
