Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe is seeking a dynamic Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. You will guide guests through menus, make recommendations, and ensure accurate order delivery while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred
• Read, write and speak English fluently

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor and establish a positive first impression
• Guide guests through the menu, provide recommendations and answer questions
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen and bar
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation and quality
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service
• Clear tables and keep dining area clean and organized
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
