Responsibilities

• Attentively greet customers and inform guests of options and events.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients; suggest items for allergies.
• Address guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Efficiently execute service and upsell; manage tables and checks with the POS.
• Follow safety guidelines and local health sanitation laws.
• Support restaurant team with events and storewide activities.
