DUFFY'S SPORTS GRILL in Jupiter, FL is seeking a part-time Key Hourly Manager to support the General Manager and maintain Duffy's brand standards. The role covers daily operations, guest service, and financial performance, with the flexibility to perform server, expediter, bartender, or line cook duties as needed.

You will monitor labor and food costs, oversee staff performance, manage cash handling and POS systems, and ensure safety and compliance.

• Direct ongoing operations, projects, or services.
• Lead sales, marketing, or customer service activities.
• Prepare staff floor plans or work assignments.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
• Provide basic information to guests.
• Document events in the manager’s log.
• Operate a computer, MS Office, and POS system.
• May cover server, expediter, bartender, line cook, or busser duties as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and guests.
• Have strong MVP Program knowledge.
