If so, we have the position you are looking for! Come be a part of our professional staff here at the Crowne Plaza! We are seeking a friendly and organized Restaurant Host to join our team at the Crowne Plaza Union Station hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in hosting and bussing in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their tables
• Ensure the dining area is clean and presentable
• Assist with food and beverage service as needed
• Handle guest concerns professionally
• Clear and reset tables
• Maintain health and safety regulations and follow all food safety requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Host, Busser, or Food Runner is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays safely
• Flexibility to work AM and PM shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
