Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, providing supportive care and helping with skill-building activities.

You will also help bring recipients into the community to grow personal goals beyond the home, contributing to a caring, team-oriented culture with flexible scheduling. This role emphasizes trust, patience, and clear communication as you support independence and daily living goals in real-world settings.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
