Saint Francis Hospital in Wilmington, DE, is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a part-time position. You will perform respiratory treatments, support inpatients and outpatients, and collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of care.

The role requires a AMA-approved program graduate, NBRC registration, Delaware license or temporary license, and BLS certification. Expect flexible scheduling and patient-centered care in a hospital setting.

Formación

• Pulmonary Function Testing experience required.
• Graduate of an AMA approved respiratory therapy program.
• Registered through NBRC.
• Licensed in the state of Delaware or valid temporary license and Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Certified in BLS.

Responsabilidades

• Performs respiratory treatment modalities in conformance with established policies and procedures. Communicates appropriate information so that continuity of care can be provided.
• Delivers and delegates respiratory care to both inpatients and outpatients that demonstrates both knowledge of facts and sound judgement.
• Identifies and appropriately utilizes multidiscipline approach to facilitate delivery of Care.
• Seeks knowledge in relation to patient’s condition, disease entity or treatment and reflect this in patient care and documentation and team conference.
