Innovation Learning Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Resilience Coach at Youngsville Academy to create a safe, engaging environment where students build confidence and life skills.

This active role blends mentorship, enrichment, recreation, and academic support for school-age children. Responsibilities include building positive relationships, leading activities, providing homework help, and supporting program operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BSAC training completed required.
• 2 semester hours in child/youth development AND 2 semester hours in school-age programming.
• Experience working with children in schools, childcare programs, camps, recreation programs, or youth organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with students and create a welcoming environment.
• Lead engaging enrichment, recreation, and team-building activities.
• Facilitate homework help and academic support sessions.
• Participate in games, fitness activities, and outdoor play.
• Support student safety and well-being at all times.
• Follow all company policies, licensing requirements, and safety procedures.
