Job summary

WasteXperts by Ally Waste in Washington is seeking a Residential Porter to join our team at Redmond, WA. This on-site, part-time role runs Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00am, with pay between $20.50 and $21.50 per hour.

You will visit multifamily properties to perform daily upkeep and janitorial tasks, including interior and exterior cleaning, trash collection, restroom sanitation, and upkeep of common areas, entryways, and doggie parks, with photo documentation for quality control.

Qualifications

• Experience providing high attention to detail in the cleaning and maintenance of facilities.
• Strong time management skills to complete daily tasks on schedule.
• Ability to work independently and also collaborate with others in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Visit multifamily properties to provide daily upkeep and janitorial duties for interior and exterior areas.
• Collect trash from interior/exterior receptacles and common areas; sweep, vacuum, mop as needed.
• Clean restrooms and maintain cleanliness of entryways, walkways, and common spaces.
• Document site conditions with photos and communicate needs to the Operations team.
