MSNW Group LLC is seeking a part-time Janitorial Day Porter in Seattle to maintain clean, safe environments for clients. The role features a 20-hour workweek with set shifts and a pay of $24.00 per hour, contributing to team success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include pressure washing surfaces, trash removal, stocking supplies, equipment operation, and reporting safety issues. Candidates should be reliable, physically capable, and able to lift up to 40 lbs, with 2+ years cleaning

Qualifications

• Physically capable of standing and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• 2+ years cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine and scheduled pressure washing of designated surfaces
• Pick up and removed trash from assigned areas
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly
• Perform cleaning and restock supplies as needed
• Operate cleaning equipment
• Report safety issues or maintenance needs to supervisors
• Complete cleaning tasks independently and on time
