Responsibilities

• Visit multifamily properties to provide daily upkeep and janitorial duties for interior and exterior areas of buildings, walkways, stairways, common areas, tour routes, and parking areas.
• Collect trash from all interior and exterior receptacles and common areas as needed.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop as needed; dust and wipe down areas as required.
• Wipe down interior walls and report repairs or paint needs.
• Maintain entry and tour routes, checking for upkeep throughout the day.
• Clean restrooms, mop floors, sanitize surfaces, and manage trash disposal and disposal relining.
• Maintain doggie bag stations and dog parks by removing waste and refilling receptacles.
• Remove animal droppings and report damage or leaks with photo documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations for additional WX services onsite, such as waste-related repairs or pressure washing.
• Take before/after photos for quality control.

Description

WasteXperts by Ally Waste - an on-site waste and recycling facilitator - is seeking a Residential Porter to join our team in Washington with primary responsibilities at our Redmond, WA location.

The schedule is part-time, Sunday through Thursday, with a start time of 7:00am.

Pay = $20.50-$21.50/hr

Responsibilities: As a Residential Porter, you will visit various multifamily properties to provide daily upkeep and janitorial duties that include, but are not limited to the interior and exterior of buildings, walkways, stairways, common areas, tour routes, and parking lots/structures.

This includes:

• Collect trash from all interior and exterior receptacles and common areas as needed
• Pick up loose trash and debris
• Sweep, vacuum, mop as needed
• Dust and wipe down areas as needed
• Wipe down interior walls and report if repairs/paint are needed
• Maintain exterior/interior entry and tour route as the first task daily, and check throughout the day for upkeep
• Clean restrooms to include wiping down all surfaces, mopping, toilets & urinals, disposing of/relining of trash, refilling soap/paper towel receptacles, etc.
• Maintain doggie bag stations by emptying/refilling waste receptacles
• Maintain doggie parks where applicable by removing waste left behind and emptying/relining waste receptacles within the enclosure
• Remove and dispose of animal droppings found throughout the property
• Report any damage or leaks in the building to apartment staff and include photo documentation (site plan?)
• Communicate with the Operations team for any additional WX services needed onsite, such as waste-related repairs, pressure washing, waste sorting, etc.
• Take before and after photos as necessary for quality control
