Job summary

Responsibilities include visiting multifamily properties for daily upkeep, interior/exterior cleaning, trash removal, and quality control through before/after photos. Must drive in the USA with two years of driving experience and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Available to work
• Valid driver’s license (non-CDL) and clean driving record
• Must have own personal vehicle
• Adequate auto insurance coverage
• Must have two or more consecutive years of driving in the USA
• Experience providing high attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance of facilities
• Frequently lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Work independently to complete daily assignments
• Work well with others in a team environment
• Strong time management skills

Responsibilities

• Visit multifamily properties to provide daily upkeep and janitorial duties for interior/exterior areas
• Collect trash from interior/exterior receptacles and common areas
• Sweep, vacuum, mop as needed; dust and wipe surfaces
• Wipe down interior walls and report repairs or paint needs
• Maintain entry and tour routes, check for upkeep throughout the day
• Clean restrooms: toilets, urinals, waste, soap and towels
• Maintain doggie bag stations and dog parks; empty/reline waste receptacles
• Report damages or leaks to staff with photo documentation
• Coordinate with Operations for additional WX services onsite
• Take before/after photos for quality control
