Qualifications

• 5–10+ years experience in roofing, siding, window, and door installation.
• Proven project and subcontractor management experience.
• Portfolio of work performed and managed required.
• Carpentry experience required.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High-level customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise onsite subcontractors and enforce company processes and standards.
• Manage projects with a strong balance of customer satisfaction and cost control.
• Maintain high workmanship standards aligned with plans, specifications, and company expectations.
• Perform accurate material take-offs and ensure proper ordering.
• Clearly communicate scope of work to Project Coordinators, subcontractors, and homeowners.
• Serve as the escalation point for installation issues and customer concerns.
• Diagnose and resolve problems efficiently and professionally.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish.
• Oversee projects from implementation through completion.
• Allocate labor, materials, and resources effectively.
• Lead by example and contribute to the development of the operations team.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds
