Job summary

TTG Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced Project Manager with roofing/siding expertise to lead residential exterior projects from kickoff to completion. This field-based, customer-facing role is the primary on-site contact, coordinating crews, schedules, and materials to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in roofing and/or siding (REQUIRED).
• Experience in project management, construction management, or crew leadership.
• Hands-on in the field when needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and mobile field technology.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main on-site contact for homeowners, building trust and managing expectations.
• Oversee projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Conduct job site inspections to maintain high workmanship standards.
• Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Utilize CRM and in-field technology to track progress, photos, and documentation.
• Step in hands-on when needed to support crews and keep projects on track.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company processes.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams for a seamless customer experience.

Job Summary
