Job summary

Community and Family Resources is seeking a part-time aide to assist clients with assessments, orient services, and monitor wellbeing. The role includes light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and data entry support in a supportive facility environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a Medication Management Certification within 90 days. Competitive benefits for part-time staff are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medication Management Certification or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment is required.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with completion of necessary assessment forms and documents.
• Orient clients to program services.
• Provide oversight and monitoring of clients’ whereabouts and behaviors.
• Offer clients feedback and support.
• Report client issues to staff.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties, including shredding, trash, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and other areas as assigned
• Assist with transportation of clients to scheduled appointments, planned activities, or as directed by the supervisor.
• Assist with rounds of the facility.
• Assist with follow up surveys and entering data.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Driver's license

Medication Management Certification or ability to obtain certification within 90 days
