Community Bridges, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Specialist (Pool) to assist with admissions, orient new participants, monitor residents, and support discharge planning. This role involves working a limited number of shifts per month within our Arizona-based facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a BHT or EMT certification, a clear MVR record, fingerprint clearance, and be at least 21 years old. Behavioral health experience is a plus in our demanding, compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a BHT or EMT certification.
• Must have a clear 39-month MVR record and must be able to present report at time of interview.
• Must have a Level One fingerprint clearance card.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Behavioral health/substance abuse experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with admission and orientation of participants.
• Monitor participants in the facility throughout their stay.
• Assist with discharges and transitions.
• Support program staff with daily operations.
