Job summary

Apartment Life is seeking an Events and Ministry Coordinator to execute the service plan for multiple communities. The role supports resident engagement through events, workshops, and resource connections, primarily in the Irving and Fort Worth areas.

You will collaborate with staff, plan monthly programs, and report outcomes. Some evenings and weekends are required, with compensation at $21 per hour for 8–16 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in event planning, social impact, or human services.
• Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide after-hours or weekend activities as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to commit weekly hours, primarily evenings and weekends.
• Minimum term commitment to serving in the apartment community.

Responsibilities

• Plan and host 2–3 events/workshops each month to promote engagement and wellness.
• Update monthly resource lists for rent, food, and other assistance.
• Meet with residents and connect them to local resources.
• Partner with community businesses to provide holistic activities.
• Communicate with onsite staff and Apartment Life supervisor.
• Submit monthly activity and impact reports.
