Job summary

Bradley Company is seeking a part-time Resident Services Coordinator to support affordable housing communities in Indiana. You will engage residents, coordinate supportive services and help maintain programs that enhance retention and quality of life.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Property Manager and on-site staff, while delivering targeted services, events and documentation for program outcomes. This position includes flexibility for multi-site duties and compliance support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Community Development or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in resident services, community outreach, case-management or housing-related programming strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with diverse populations, community partnerships, events or program outcomes tracking.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for multi-site engagements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident intakes, surveys or needs assessments to identify service needs, barriers and goals.
• Coordinate or deliver resident programs, workshops or events that support stability and community building.
• Maintain a resident services records system, track plans and outcomes, and support audits.
• Work with the Property Manager and site team to align services with operations and compliance standards.
• Support lease renewals, resident engagement, and problem resolution in collaboration with the site team.
