Job summary

Bradley Company in Columbia City, IN is seeking a Part-Time Resident Services Coordinator to support affordable housing communities. You will build relationships with residents, assess needs, and coordinate services to improve retention and quality of life.

Working with the on-site team, you will track outcomes, assist with program logistics, and help ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and other standards while contributing to a positive living environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Community Development or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in resident services, community outreach, case-management or housing-related programming strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident intakes, surveys or needs assessments to identify service needs, barriers and goals.
• Coordinate or deliver resident programs, workshops or events that support stability and community building.
• Build and maintain a resource directory of local social-service providers and develop partnerships to access services.
• Track resident interactions, service plans and program outcomes for continuous improvement.
