Job summary

Bradley Company is seeking a Part-Time Resident Services Coordinator to support affordable housing communities in Columbia City, IN. You will engage residents, assess needs, and coordinate services to improve retention and quality of life while ensuring compliance with program standards.

Working 20 hours per week (Tue & Thu 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Fri 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.), you collaborate with the Regional Property Manager and site staff to deliver programs, track outcomes, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in social services preferred.
• 1-3 years in resident services or housing-related programs preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations and community partnerships.
• Valid driver''s license may be required for multi-site roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident intakes and needs assessments to identify service needs and goals.
• Coordinate or deliver resident programs and events that support stability and community building.
• Maintain a resource directory of local social-service providers and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the on-site team to align services with operations and compliance standards.
• Track program participation and outcomes and support audits as needed.
