Job summary

Vivie is hiring a Server in Wisconsin. This part-time role offers weekday evenings and weekend shifts, totaling 32 hours per pay period. Pay ranges from $16 to $18.50 per hour and includes benefits and growth opportunities.

You will assist residents with meals, maintain a clean dining area, and support team members in delivering exceptional service. Previous dining or customer service experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced dining service environment.
• Proven customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in English for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Exceptional Dining Service - seat guests, engage with residents and guests, assist with meal selections.
• Ensure Safety and Sanitation - set/clear tables, maintain cleanliness, handle dishes, follow infection control policies.
• Communicate Effectively - proactive communication with residents and team members.
• Other Duties as Assigned - participate in special projects and trainings as needed.
