Vivie is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide hands-on support to residents in Minnesota. The role includes helping with daily activities, meals, and wellness activities, while ensuring safety and a comfortable living environment.

The position offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals, as well as coordinating with nursing staff to monitor health changes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, mobility).
• Support meals, restorative care and life skills respecting preferences.
• Encourage participation in social, recreational and wellness activities.
• Maintain clean, comfortable environment (housekeeping, laundry, organizing spaces).
• Prepare, store and serve meals, beverages, and snacks.
• Monitor and report changes in health or well-being to nursing staff.
