Job summary

Goodworks Unlimited is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities in a home setting. Flexible, part-time and PRN shifts are available across 1st-4th shifts with hourly pay of $16.

Responsibilities include assistance with ADLs, personal care, cleaning, and coordination with staff to uphold resident service plans. The ideal candidate has companionship or private duty caregiver experience; CNA experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience as companionship/private duty caregiver.
• CNA in group care preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the administrative team and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting and mobility.
• Support daily living activities and maintain resident service plans.
• Encourage participation in house programs and activities.
• Document changes and report concerns per procedures for shift changes.
• Assist with medication reminders and basic safety and documentation.
