Job summary

Goodworks Unlimited in Versailles, KY is seeking a Part-Time & PRN Resident Assistant for Assisted Living. The role assists residents with ADLs/IADLs, provides daily care, and supports activities within the home. Flexible shifts include 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and overnight options.

Ideal candidates have companionship/private duty caregiver experience; CNA experience is preferred but not required. Strong verbal communication with staff and families is essential, with ability to adapt to emergency

Qualifications

• Experience as a companion/private duty caregiver.
• CNA experience in group care is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication with team and residents.
• Flexibility with scheduling to cover shifts.
• Ability to assist residents with ADLs/IADLs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and IADLs.
• Provide one-on-one care and daily living support per plans.
• Perform daily cleaning and laundry tasks.
• Support residents with medications and documentation.
• Engage residents in activities and monitor well-being.
• Report concerns to Resident Services Director.
