Job summary

Ecumen's Sartell Care Center is seeking a Part-Time Resident Assistant/Caregiver to support residents with personal care and daily living activities. Shifts include day, evening, and every-other-weekend rotations.

The Resident Assistant provides delegated health-related services, documents care, and collaborates with Clinical Director and RN to ensure resident well-being. Ecumen offers medical/dental/vision benefits and a 6% 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
• Follow all safety rules and facility policies including HIPAA, ADA, OSHA, and other regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and delegated health-related services per individualized care plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living and document services.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition; promote independence and dignity.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director/ RN and other staff; assist with assigned duties.
