Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Bismarck is looking for a Part-Time Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and help maintain their personal environment.

The RA will provide observation and documentation, assist with onboarding of new Associates, and work weekend days 6 AM - 2:15 PM. Valid medication administration training and BLS certification are required; English reading/writing proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
