Job summary

Atrium Centers Gladwin Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is seeking an Activities Assistant to support engaging programs that meet residents' social, emotional, and recreational needs. You will help plan, implement, and evaluate activities, while promoting dignity and independence.

You will work closely with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team to create meaningful daily experiences for residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating activity programs.

• Help meet residents' spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs.
• Encourage participation while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Collaborate with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team.
