University of California - Los Angeles (UCLA) seeks a part-time study therapist to support research studies by providing counseling interventions to study participants. You will coordinate appointments, conduct intervention sessions, maintain documentation, participate in supervision, and ensure adherence to study protocols.

The role may include crisis support for participants. Required experience includes counseling with CBT training and strong interpersonal skills; preferred experience in HIV

Formación

• 1-2 years counseling experience with training in CBT, behavioral activation, and/or other evidence-based treatments (Required)
• Experience with HIV prevention or health disparities is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and counseling skills
• Familiarity with using email and Microsoft applications
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to discuss sensitive topics in a mature manner
• Interest in health disparities, public health, HIV prevention and treatment
