Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED with two years in health or social service work or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload, work independently, and seek guidance when needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; comfortable with data entry; able to use Adobe PDF.
• Experience communicating clearly and supportively with diverse study participants by phone.

Aufgaben

• Assist with scheduling research participants and visits for a multi-study center.
• Educate participants about study participation and visit protocol expectations.
• Schedule and track study visits; collect data and perform basic data entry and record keeping.
• Support other projects and duties as assigned.
