Job summary

George Mason University’s School of Systems Biology invites applications for a part-time Research Administrator in the Kashanchi Research lab. The role will gather and analyze data, prepare manuscript materials, and support grant proposals and research summaries.

This is a part-time, on-site position located in Manassas, VA with an hourly rate depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a biology degree, experience in scientific writing, and strong editing and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology is required.
• Minimum two years of experience in scientific manuscripts or technical reports.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus strong writing/editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze research data and prepare manuscripts.
