Job summary

Rutgers University-Newark is seeking individuals to assist with non-instructional assignments for its non-credit programs and centers. Successful candidates will provide assistance, guidance, research, and other duties as assigned (e.g., design, recruitment, curriculum development, course design, research, etc.) on various topics.

Candidates may be responsible for, but not limited to, conducting research, preparing materials, generating reports, and developing curriculum.

Qualifications

• Requires an advanced degree and at least one year of instructional/presentational experience.
• A doctoral degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with non-instructional assignments for Rutgers Business School's non-credit programs and centers.
• Perform research, design, recruitment, curriculum development, course design, and related tasks.
• Prepare materials and generate reports for distribution to internal and external entities.
