JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Computer Science and Engineering Department is looking for a part time research assistant. The successful candidate will contribute to a research project that leverages computational approaches to represent and interpret biological imaging data, enabling new scientific discoveries. Responsibilities include designing interpretable end-to-end machine learning frameworks to explain biomolecular condensate dynamics, and investigating how these dynamics influence gene expression. The position involves close collaboration with interdisciplinary researchers at the intersection of computer vision, machine learning, and computational biology.
