Responsibilities include designing interpretable end-to-end machine learning frameworks to explain biomolecular condensate dynamics, and investigating how these dynamics influence gene expression. The position involves close collaboration with interdisciplinary researchers at the intersection of computer vision, machine learning, and computational biology.
