ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Development Intern to join our Utility-Scale Development Team in Utah.

You will work with lead developers to move solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects toward commercial operation, attend calls, capture action items, and coordinate with internal experts across the business. This part-time internship up to 30 hours per week offers exposure to interconnection, environmental and permitting coordination, market research, and project documentation,

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Renewable Energy or related field.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across projects with accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules, milestone budgets, executive review materials, work orders, invoices, meeting notes, and documentation.
• Assist with project opportunity evaluation, permitting and environmental coordination, agency communication, market research, and stakeholder follow-up.
