Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in adult training facilitation with proven effectiveness.
• CPTM/CPTD or equivalent certification can substitute years of experience and demonstrate competency.
• Experience training users on new software platforms or technology adoption is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Teams for course delivery is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend Train the Trainer course and obtain necessary certifications prior to instruction.
• Deliver high-quality virtual training sessions via Microsoft Teams in a professional manner.
• Deliver engaging online instruction with interactive modules and practical exercises.
• Identify delivery barriers and recommend practical adjustments to courses.
• Report findings and documentation to the project manager after each course.
