Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver telehealth sessions to clients nationwide, with Illinois licensure required (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD). A minimum of 15 sessions and 20 hours of weekly availability is expected, including work with couples and children. You’ll join a clinician-led team and gain access to clinical support and community resources.

As a W2 employee, you receive paid orientation, training, and flexible scheduling across seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Illinois (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with telehealth and modern clinical tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth services to clients.
• Help clients achieve measurable progress through structured plans.
• Collaborate with a clinical community and be open to supervision and peer support.
