Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Texas within a clinician-led, supportive team. We support your practice with tools and community to foster a long, fulfilling career.

As a W2 employee, you’ll receive guaranteed bi-weekly pay, paid orientation, PTO, flexible scheduling, and credentialing, billing support, CEU subsidies, and opportunities for leadership or supervisory roles in a vibrant clinical community.

• Active and unrestricted Texas licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC or Licensed Psychologist).
• Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Texas.

What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring independently licensed clinicians in Texas who are ready to make a difference and grow with us. We’re especially interested in:

• Providers willing to see 15-21 sessions per week
• Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)
• Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team
• Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
• Strong character matters — we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist in Texas
• Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation:

Up to $53,700, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
