Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Wyoming. We offer credentialing, billing support, and a path to a full caseload within 90 days, with seven-day scheduling from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

ET. This role supports a nationwide hybrid care model and emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based practice. You will work as a W2 employee, with guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, 401(k) matching, PTO, and CEU reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Wyoming (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly.
• Able to treat a variety of clients, including couples and children, with measurable progress.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Wyoming — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
